Founder & CEO
Pedro Oliva Jr. is a Miami native who moved to Southwest Florida at 13, and he considers this community home. He has served as a Firefighter/Paramedic since 2015 and holds the title of Medical and Rescue Specialist for the local Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, training for complex natural and man-made disasters. He also serves as an EMS Coordinator, providing medical training to firefighter crews and supporting quality assurance, and he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety Administration.
Years in emergency response shaped his view of wellness in a very specific way: health rarely falls apart all at once, but it often deteriorates quietly until it becomes urgent. That’s why Pedro kept coming back to a simple thought—“there must be a way to alleviate these issues and improve people’s health before it deteriorates.” After being introduced to regenerative and performance medicine, Pedro sought guidance from Dr. Keith Lafferty to build Fountain of Youth around proactive, medically guided care that supports energy, resilience, and long-term confidence.

Jeff St. Firmin
Jeffrey is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He attended Florida Gulf Coast University and received his bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory Science with a minor in Chemistry. Jeffrey wanted to purse further education and began his Physician Assistant (PA) program at Nova Southeastern University graduating in 2017. After graduation, he remained in the area with a focus in orthopedic surgery helping to complete joint arthroplasty, complicated fractures, and arthroscopic procedures.
Jeffrey has always had a passion for acute care therefore he pursed a career in emergency medicine. He currently practices at LeeHealth. He has been in this specialty for the past four years. Jeffrey has a strong interest in men’s health, fitness/weight loss, aesthetics and wishes to make a positive impact in the community.

Jessica Gallant, RN
Office Manager/IV Therapist
Jessica is a Registered Nurse with Fountain Of Youth. She is originally from Miami, Florida. She loves spending time with her husband Chad and daughter Emma. As well as making new memories with her family. She has past experience as a Cardiac Nurse and she is very eager to meet all of the Fountain of Youth Clients.
Maria Oliva, RN
Medical Aesthetic Director/IV Therapist
Maria Oliva is a Registered Nurse with Fountain Of Youth. She is originally from Miami, Florida. She loves spending time with her husband CEO/Founder Pedro and their two dogs Dakota and Denver. One of her favorite thing to do is going to new restaurants and trying their signature dishes. Her past experience includes 7 years with Lee Health as a Medical Assistant. Maria is very passionate about Beauty and Aesthetics and wants to help you look and feel your best!
