Peptide Programs
Fountain of Youth’s Goddess Peptide blends as PT-141 (bremelanotide), tesamorelin, and hexarelin. Each ingredient has a different regulatory status and evidence base, so this page separates what labeling and peer-reviewed human research support from what remains investigational.
PT-141 and tesamorelin exist as FDA-approved prescription drugs for specific indications, while hexarelin (also called examorelin) appears in the research literature as a growth hormone secretagogue. Any use outside an FDA-approved indication is off-label and requires individualized clinician judgment and informed consent.
PT-141 (Bremelanotide)
PT-141 is the same active drug as VYLEESI (bremelanotide), an FDA-approved medication indicated for acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in premenopausal women. The prescribing information describes important safety considerations and limits how the medication should be used in clinical practice.
For the most reliable details on indications, contraindications, adverse reactions, and patient counseling, refer to the FDA prescribing information for VYLEESI.

Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is FDA-approved as EGRIFTA WR for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in HIV-infected adults with lipodystrophy. The FDA label also includes defined limitations of use, safety warnings, and monitoring considerations that clinicians should weigh when discussing any off-label applications.

Hexarelin (Examorelin)
Hexarelin (examorelin) is described in curated pharmacology sources as a growth hormone secretagogue and a peptidomimetic related to GHRP-6. Human studies report that hexarelin can stimulate growth hormone release and can influence other pituitary-adrenal hormones under controlled research conditions, but hexarelin does not have an FDA-approved indication.
